This updated version seems to brake embedded images and links?

both the image and the link where gone after i upgraded, now i downgraded back to 1.39 and they are back… I’ll try to give a better bug report later
I uploaded version 1.40, after it has disappeared in the photos home (home).
Is not that happens, help me?
This is caused by a bug I introduced in 1.40. I’ve just released a bugfix (1.40.1) that addresses this issue.

The weirdest thing happened on my end with 1.40. All of my posts from the homepage were shortened and there was a [...] in the end after a few words on each post. Will 1.40.1 fix that?
