* split the stylesheet to make the theme work on all types of setups (even on free, ad-polluted GoDaddy accounts). Static rules now reside in style.css and the dynamic ones in style.css.php. They’re loaded in two different ways depending on whether you’re using the fully-dynamic stylesheet or not (which will be the default behaviour)
